Please read our store policies carefully before placing your order.

Ordering & Booking

All custom orders must be placed via direct message on social media pages, email, or our website enquiry forms.
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for all custom orders.
Corporate and large-scale orders require additional notice.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs within 7 days of your event, your deposit will not be returned.
No refunds will be given for change of mind.
In the unlikely event we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

Allergen Information

Our kitchen handles ingredients including but not limited to:
Gluten • Dairy • Eggs • Soy • Nuts

While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Care Instructions

Sugar Cookies:

Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Avoid refrigeration unless advised.
However if the weather is hot - you can place in the refrigerator before your event. You will need to thaw at least 30 mins prior to serving

Cupcakes:

Store in a cool environment
You can also refrigerate overnight before your event and then thaw out at least 20 mins prior to serving
Best consumed within 2 days.

Minimum Order Requirements

Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to pickup or delivery.
No payment = no order collection
All prices are quotes in AUD.

Custom Designs

We work closely with you to bring your vision to life, however slight variations may occur as all items are handmade.
Inspiration images are welcomed but will not be replicated exactly.
Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and edible materials.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup details will be confirmed prior to collection and also when full payment is received.
Once products leave our premises, we are not responsible for any damage.
Please ensure cookies are stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Delivery may be available for an additional fee (subject to location).

Photography & Marketing

Any custom orders that have individuals on - will be asked for approval by customer before posting on social media platforms.
We reserve the right to photograph orders for promotional and social media purposes unless otherwise requested by the client. I will seek permission before I do this.
Photos of orders are not posted on social media pages until after your event.

• Edible Image Orders: The edible image sheets come pre-set with 12 circles, so the minimum order for any edible image cookies or cupcakes is 24 items.

Sugar Cookies: The minimum order for custom sugar cookies is 24 cookies per design.
Cupcakes: The minimum order for cupcakes is 12 cupcakes per flavour or design.

These minimums help us ensure every order is crafted with care and precision.
