How it all started
I would like to introduce myself to you all, the Women behind, Too Lubly Sugar Cookies.
My name is Terrisha and I’m a proud Malay, Bardi, Jabirr Jabirr and Yamatji women from the West Kimberley region right down to the Mid-West.
I am a FIFO wife to my partner Scott who works for a huge mining company and a mother of 2 big hairy kids, Azlina 14 and Aiden 9. I am also a fur Mumma to our little Pomeranian, Nala.
My passion for baking and cooking all started from when I was very young. Being the eldest of 5 siblings I would help my Mum around the house and had taken on the role to be the cook in our family.
As the years went by from High school to having my own family I expanded on my baking and cooking skills.
I feel as though the kitchen is my happy place and the time when I feel so at peace is in that domain, either baking up a storm or cooking my all-time favourite dishes.
I started Too Lubly Sugar Cookies as a way of spending time with my daughter after school and during the holidays where we could simply enjoy each other's company and bond over baking. But that didn't last long, maybe 3 weeks and she was over it!
Anyway, fast forward nearly 2 and half years later and it's been a crazy experience for me.
I have enjoyed baking and decorating all of your orders from small special events to huge Corporate orders for some very big Companies in and around Perth.
Just so you know, I'm the deadly blak Women who responds to your emails, your DM, bakes, decorates and packages your cookies from start to finish. Not only that, but I’am also responsible for my social pages, content and bookkeeping.
So please keep in mind, if I don't respond straight away when you send me a DM or email, I am super busy with either baking, decorating, working in my part-time job, being a Mumma, FIFO wife and looking after our home.
